GT H3LS

Looking at your H3LS you can see the quality of the workmanship. However that quality and cleanliness of the manufacture was not completely taken throughout the build. Unfortunately the detail used to capture the tang at the pummel does not represent the workmanship used in making the knife. the use of a washer and tack weld might be acceptable but the finish is done poorly. The tang to washer has been grounded flush nut not finished. It is not smooth and looks terrible. This might seem picky but this feature stands out prominently because of the difference of the workmanship.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Her first hunting knife engraved with her name. Beautiful piece and she loves it. Wears it like a fashion accessory when she’s not using it in the field. I’ve got a feeling she’ll figure a way to coordinate it with a prom dress when that time comes.

I bought this knife for a friend's 50th birthday, and before the night was out I was using it to help him carve up whole roast lamb (he's a sheep farmer). This is not only a beautiful knife, but it cut cleanly and well. Let's see how it lasts through multiple rounds of sharpening over the next few decades.
